1          Arise compatriots, Nigeria’s Call obey
To serve our Fatherland, With Love and Strength and faith,
The Labour of Our Heroes past, shall never be in Vain
To serve with all our might, One Nation bound in freedom
Peace and Unity
2          O God Of creation, Direct Our Noble Cause
Guide our leader’s right; Help our youth the truth to know
In love and honesty to grow, and living just and truth
Great lofty height attains, to build a nation where peace and justice shall reign

The truth is that our future has been described in our National anthem. The whole thing is calling us to become a servant leader which is the ultimate reason we exist. To be the minister and communicate the essence of life which is living a life of purpose. Benjamin Disraeli said “nothing can resist the human will that will stake even its existence on its stated purpose Man is born to live and not to prepare to live “Boris Pasternak. Remember the words of Albert Einstein. “The true value of a human being is determined primarily by the measure and the sense in which he has attained liberation from the self .Our whole actions and desires are bound with the existence of other human beings. We eat food that others have grown, wear clothes that others have made; live in houses that others have built. The greater part of our knowledge and belief has been communicated to us by other people through the medium of a language which others have created. This tells us that our whole being is dependent on another the essence of living is to be the solution to the world. Are you?
What are you living for? Remember there is no way you will talk about dreams without vision.
What is a dream?
A dream is the discovery of a set path. It is what you stand for in order to make the world better than you met it. Your dream is your brand. It is your identity.
Webster Dictionary meaning of a dream is a sequence of images passing through a sleeping mind.
A vision is a mental image. Both word It is discovering and seeing your assignment .The truth is that there is no way to talk about dreams without vision because this is the true you
Both dreams and visions involve the viewing of images on the screen within ones mind. Sometimes some say it is the flow of images when asleep that is a dream and flowing of the images while awake is the vision. They both tell you about the future not present and that is the reason some define it as the discovery of set path.
A man woke up one day and saw Americans trekking. He was annoyed and promises himself to do something about it. His response to the need made him to start ford motor company. He promises himself that as long as he was living every American citizen must drive a car.  Henry Ford became the pioneer of automobile industry all because of his dream of making every American citizen drive a car. What is your dream? Thomas Edison discovery of the light bulb is a blessing to the world. Nelson Mandela’s dream of freedom instigates his belief to influence the world with his investment. What vision do you have for your country/ world?

Two Important Men
Dr Edward Deming :
The man who saw a need in building Japan after they surrender to after Hiroshima bombing. He brought Dr Edward Deming the renowned quality control expert to help meet the need at the request of Japanese union of scientist and Engineers. Deming taught the KAIZEN PRINCIPLE.

The belief is a constant never ending commitment to consistently increase the quality of their business every single day. Deming taught that quality was not just meeting a standard, but rather was a living, beautiful process of never ending improvement. He said if Japanese would live by the principles he taught them, within five years they would flood the world with their quality product and within a decade or two become one of the world’s dominate economic powers. Many thought Deming’s proclamations were crazy .But Japanese took him at his words, and today he is revered as the father of Japanese miracle.
Dr Nelson Mandela

"At first, as a student, I wanted freedom only for myself, the transitory freedoms of being able to stay out at night, read what I pleased, and go where I chose. Later as a young in Johannesburg, I yearned for the basic honorable freedoms of achieving my potential, of earning my keep, of marrying and having a family - the freedom not to be obstructed in a lawful life. But I then slowly saw that not only was I not free, but my brothers and sisters were not free... that is when the hunger for my own freedom became the hunger for the freedom of my people. It was this desire for freedom of my people to live their lives with dignity and self respect that animated my life, that transformed a frightened young man into a bold one, that drove a law -abiding attorney to become a criminal, that turned a family loving husband into a man without home ...I am no more virtuous or self sacrificing than the next man, but I found that I could not enjoy the poor and limited freedoms I was allowed when I knew my people were not free".

The whole essence of living is to be a minister, to be a servant leader. Are you ready to be one?Every great achievement is first a dream. The real deal is that do you have a set path for your life, remember that you are important to the world because you were made in the image of God. You are the future economic, political, spiritual powers. The end result of service is GREATNESS.
In a nation where money has been made the focus of individuals, leading to the neglect of core values, and which translates to low gross mental output, it is paramount to know how important you are to the world. Your dream is the answer, don’t stop dreaming, and keep dreaming. we must keep the dream and live at the realm of the dream.

Finally, some years ago, there was a guy who loved soda, so he went into soda business, with a product he called 3up.It failed. He started again with a soda called 4up.it failed too so he decided to name his product 5up and worked just hard to make it work, but sure enough, it failed again. He realized that he still love soda, so he tried again with a product named 6up.It failed and he gave up completely. Then, few years later, someone else came up with a soda product and named it 7up which became a huge success. The truth is dreams come trough if you can stay with it.

According to our National Anthem, 'THE LABORS OF OUR HEROES PAST SHALL NEVER BE IN VAIN'. Nigeria is a country of Great men/Women telling us that we are in a country that celebrates greatness.
With 'GREATNESS' becoming the watchword of every youth, the machinations that might want to militate against our dreams will be destroyed and we will fully embrace the 5Ps which are PATIENT PEOPLE PERSEVERES PROMOTIONAL PROCESSES.
